I would not recommend this dealership. Our sales rep, Alex, was nice but overall a very bad experience with the dealer itself. They sold the truck out from under us. Attempted to screw us over on the interest rate and would not honor the promotional APR. They tried to give us 7%+ APR and tell us our credit was really bad. Meanwhile, we got pre-approved online from our bank for 3% and our credit score is over 800. Then they did not honor the listed sale price on the truck. Made up several reasons (none were posted or listed) as to why we could not get the listed sale price. Each person we asked gave us a different reason. When we finally got the truck, there was a large paint chip on the door. They promised they would fix it, no problem. They sent us to the AutoNation Collision Center to get the door repainted. We picked up the truck and I'd never seen a worse paint job. The door looked like a golf ball with such uneven texture, painted over dirt particles, rough edging, etc. And the door no longer sealed all the way so you can hear wind when driving. Took 3 trips back for them to get it right and it was like pulling teeth the entire time. Still to this day the work is not complete. The door is still not sealed. Working with AutoNation Gilbert Service Center and Collision Center has been an awful experience and would not recommend an AutoNation dealership to anyone. Truly unacceptable service, especially for a $90,000 purchase. More
