What started out as a pleasant experience with a trade in has turned disappointing. I am owed a good chunk of money because my trade in was worth more than the car I purchased. I sent an email that went unanswered, sent texts back and forth with my contact there and called this afternoon but was blown off with the same "it will be available in the next day or so". I'd give a zero if possible. Check engine light came on, reduced power on freeway going 80, down to 40 within 15 secs, had to swerve lanes to avoid a collision. Set apt at dealership for 12/26 (next opening) took it to the dealership was told to wait to be checked in. Waited 50 mins because Jennifer decided to just help people at her desk instead of taking customers in the order they arrived When I finally got to her she had a really poor attitude. I immediately expressed she didn't need to come at me like that especially after I waited unnecessarily. She expressed she was short-handed and what did I expect. So I told her that wasn't my fault they were short-handed and she was behaving very unprofessional and there was no need for it. Finally, after an eye roll and gruff she went to look at my car. Came back in immediately and said the check engine light was no longer on and I needed to bring it back when it was. I expressed my spouse reset it so I could drive here and asked to check the code history. She refused and told me to leave. I walked out really frustrated and then decided to go to the manager instead, who wasn't much help either. The code my car threw came from a known nationwide warranty he expressed if he couldn't get the engine light to come on then they wouldn't fix it because he might have to pay for the part. He kept my car for 4 days to do nothing. Said something about the battery connector, but the battery was fine, and did not fix anything. Next day battery was completely dead. I took it to someone else to replace it and now just waiting for my check engine light to come back on. The manager was also unprofessional complaining he didn't have enough techs but the organization keep scheduling appointments. That is not the customer's problem, he should have worked through that internally, but I got poor service because they didn't have time to adequately assess my vehicle. More

One of the add on warranties we purchased was the Wheel & Tire package where they repair or replace the wheel or tire if damaged. There is one tire that is constantly loosing air at a very slow pace. I am having to add air to it weekly. One morning it lost air quicker than usual and dropped to 9 psi. Had there been a medical emergency it would’ve been unsafe to drive. We have taken the car in TWICE and both times they say they can’t find the leak and if they can’t find the leak, they can’t fix or replace the tire. I understand you can’t fix what you can’t see, but this is twice now we have taken it in with the dash showing a low tire pressure warning sign. They just put air in it (the same thing I do from my garage) and say “that’s all we can do about it”. This has been going on for OVER A YEAR. I have dealt with Caryl and Jennifer. How many times are we to do this until the warranty kicks in? Was the warranty a waste of money? Do I let it go all the way flat, then call a tow truck, then bring it in? Just to have them put air in it and send us on our way? Will third time be the charm? Doubt it. More
