This was my first Chevrolet that I have bought in my entire life, and I am almost the age of 62 in December. I have always dealt with Honda and their service department. However, after coming to your location on Val Vista in Gilbert, it was by far the best experience I've ever had in my life! Ivan who greeted me and listened to my concerns was beyond helpful and accommodating. They were able to get my car in right away. He let me know that Tyler would talk with me about my electric car and my charger, etc. When Tyler came out, he went over everything with me. He was kind caring, patient professional knowledgeable, and the list goes on. There are not enough words to express how thankful I am that I now know Tyler and Ivan and I have so much confidence in the two of them taking care of my vehicle. I wish that every company hired more people like these two amazing fine men! I am so appreciative for the time they took to explain things and to listen to me and my frustrations with having a new electric car! 🙏🏻🥹❤️ More
