I was able to get easy communication with the service manager and repair completion on Thursday (throttle body needed to be replaced). I was expecting the following week as I said before. I wish that the dealer didn't say that there is an automatic wait of 4-5 days before even looking at the car. It's pretty stressful to have to get a rental and work with knowing your car will be out for at minimum a week. When I picked up the car it was actually quick, however no car wash was done which was disappointing. More
Took my 2022 Chevy 3500HD in for a transmission leak, was told 3-4 days for work completion. Waited 2 weeks for the next available appointment. 3-4 days turned into 3 weeks before I got my truck back. 4 star told 3-4 days for work completion. Waited 2 weeks for the next available appointment. 3-4 days turned into 3 weeks before I got my truck back. 4 stars awarded as the work was completed and everything is working as it should and my service provider (Kiara) was exceptional. She provided updates regularly and was communicating with the tech’s daily. Overall I was very satisfied with the work, the communication from my service provider but a little disappointed how a few days work turned into several weeks. I would go back if I needed to. More
