I believe because I came by myself asian woman, Agent named Raul thinking that I knew nothing about my car. I wanted to have my engine light check as it came on due to either the aux battery or its conne named Raul thinking that I knew nothing about my car. I wanted to have my engine light check as it came on due to either the aux battery or its connection failure. Right from the start, he told me just to have diagnostics done, it would take 2 days. No shop or a dealership shop specially takes 2 days to plug in a diagnostic machine to get the results. That’s impossible. Then he came back to me saying that my main Battery and aux battery needs to be replaced and 2 light bulbs for rear turning lights. I know there’s issue with the aux battery but that’s not the issue. He gave me an estimate, to change the bulb its 372.95 that cost 6.00, main battery for 417.95 and aux battery for 472.78. Now here’s the kick, he said that my main battery is reading 12.5 but the reading after i checked it showed 14.5. My main battery is just fine. He said that my turning bulb needs changed, well it’s working perfectly fine. I bought an aux battery somewhere else and it just cost 120.00. No diagnostic was done because he said the battery was low and I was charged 195.00 but nothing was done that I already knew I told him from the beginning. I will never come back to this dealership again. You guys takes advantage of the people in bad situation charging them an arm & leg. I need a shop that I can trust. More
