I received a notification that my heated seats part was now available. I called the number to schedule both installation and an oil change. I was told both would be done during the same appointment. Upo now available. I called the number to schedule both installation and an oil change. I was told both would be done during the same appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed the heated seat part needed to be ordered and installed at a later date. I dropped my Blazer off at 11:00am for a routine oil change, was told about 2 hours. I received a text at 4:59pm (6 hours later) my car was ready. Really? A 6 hour oil change?? Never again!! More
