Make sure to shop around and get your estimate in writing or they will rake you over the coals. He quoted price only for parts and not labor while I was asking directly for the total cost and weighing my choices. 6k quickly jumped to 9k when all was said and done. No updates or prices were given in writing. The whole thing took weeks with no updates, either with the maintenance or price. My truck still has a shake to it after this whole ordeal. Will never do business here again. More

Let's just address the latest incident and the one that "broke the camel's back". You see they'll throw out all types of red carpet for you until you sign and then the real dealership appears. Recently I took my truck in with only 5k miles for their second attempt to properly repair my rear door panel as it is bowed out and doesn't sit flush like the other three door panels. I was told it was all repaired and they handed me my keys and sent me on my way. Upon inspection, it was not repaired and the tech who worked on it took it upon themselves to try and actually force a molded door panel flush rather than going through each and every clip and fastener (which actually work to pull the door panel flush against the door). In doing so they scratched up the molded plastic window trim (this site doesn't have the option for me to post pics or I would). Because of the trim material it is not repairable and the door panel still doesn't sit flush. Gezz I've had it with this dealership. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else for your vehicle purchase and service as this experience is one that will happen to you soon enough if you don't and vehicles are just too expensive to be treated in this manner.
