Amazed that it took less than an hour for an oil change! I needed an oil change/tire rotation so I decided to try Autonation Chev in Gilbert with the mindset it was going to take at least 2 hours. The very busy service advisor shuffling car outside greeted me almost immediately and said he would be with me soon. (I was 15 minutes early anyway.) Service advisor Ivan...who appeared to be extremely busy...took the time to get me checked in and had a nice conversation with him while paying my bill. I will be back! Keep up the good work guys... Have issues with vehicle just purchased . What I've noticed is salesmen fight to claim customers weather they just say hi to get Parr of sale ,but as soon as you sign which is my case ,my veh What I've noticed is salesmen fight to claim customers weather they just say hi to get Parr of sale ,but as soon as you sign which is my case ,my vehicle was still at dealership for days cause it had issues and issues were suppose to be fixed.So I call dealership to speak to eighter one of my sales people Clint or David oooo we will call you back ,Today is day 3 still no call back they completely blow you off once they get their commission they throw you to the curb totally xxxxxxxx.Only person who answers phone is Daniel the fiance guy. IM TOTALLY Pissed at my sales Reps Daniel And Clint I have two and neither will return my calls .Yes there customer service sucks..Your just a number and still trying to figure out what I'm suppose to do with vehicle that is not fixed like it was suppose to .Thanks Clint And David for Not Assisting you guys suck.
