The buying process for my truck was simple and painless, which I really appreciated. However, once I got home, I noticed my truck didn’t come with front mats. I called in right away and was told I’d get a call back. Five hours went by with no response, so I called again—same story, no follow-up. After my third call, I finally spoke with the sales manager, who told me to come by and pick up mats. When I showed up, they handed me the cheapest mats they could find—not the correct ones for my truck’s trim level. I spent $68k on this truck, and it’s disappointing to see the dealership cut corners on something as basic as floor mats. A small detail, but it speaks volumes about the follow-through after the sale. More
