Purchased a 2023 Silverado High Country from AutoNation Gilbert and the entire buying process was super easy. Oil change and tire rotation was done as expected. Auto stop was not working and I had asked that they check that out during this service. I had left my car the night before. My appointment was at 8:0 Auto stop was not working and I had asked that they check that out during this service. I had left my car the night before. My appointment was at 8:00 AM. At 12:30 PM I called to see if my car was done. I was told that they were still trying to find the problem with the Auto Stop. I told them that I had appointments at 2:00 PM and needed my car back. I was told to come to the dealership and if they didn't have it fixed, I could bring it back at a later date. I was not happy with that! They sent their shuttle service to pick me up approx. 1:15PM. When I got to the dealership my car was done, I paid my bill and I drove home! Note: they had checked with GM and was told to check my battery for a weak cell. I had a weak cell so the battery was replaced and that corrected my auto stop problem. I feel It should not have taken that long to figure out my cars problem. More
