Horrible horrible sales service. Chevrolet's ad also confirms that the LT1 model will start at $30k; however, none of the Sales Team had any information on when consumers could come look at the vehicle much less place an order. I asked for the GM of the Gilbert AutoNation to contact me, as this is inexcusable marketing on the part of the entire Chevrolet industry. And this horrible President wants us to purchase EV's to cut down on green house gases, but no one has any idea on EV availability from Chevrolet. They had no other EVs on their lot or had any idea on availabilities of EVs. I share the concerns of all Americans right now and refusing to pay $7/gallon of unleaded gas - its coming soon. I am trying to prepare for this travesty, but the US car industries are unprepared and uneducated. I believe in Buy America (all the way) and served in the US Army - but this is inexcusable. Not only did they know anything about the availability of these EVs, they were unable to place an order for one. I am currently in a lease and have a time stamp on when I need I need a new vehicle and have begun my search well in advance (I have a friend that ordered a new GMC Sierra Denali and waited 8 months for the delivery and paid $80K - ridiculous!). I even contacted the Chevrolet Corporate EV Customer Care Department and spoke to a Customer Care Rep named Brianna (CCN # 8667905600) and she had no idea when orders for this vehicle would begin - despite being marketed and advertised on Chevrolet's Broad Website. This country is a mess and this is a perfect example - Americans that want to prepare for the gas price gouging that is coming, and cant even get any information on new EVs. Welcome to the "Build Back Better World"!!! I believe I will be forced to go look at a Kia EV since they are much better informed. Not much of a choice but to take the $7/gallon and have to enjoy it. I made an appointment for me 2007 corvette convertible. Once I arrived I was told that it would be a week before they could look at my vehicle. What is the use of an appointment? I let them keep my car. Once I arrived I was told that it would be a week before they could look at my vehicle. What is the use of an appointment? I let them keep my car. The following week my car was still sitting on the parking lot. The service rep texted me to tell me that I am number 8 in line for diagnosis. The following day the service told me that the car was in the shop and that he would update me. Well after 2 weeks I was fed up. The shop had not looked at my for at all. I finally told Chase that I would pick my car up. Once I arrived Chase pull my car up. I don't know if the car was ever in the shop. Either the shop misled Chase or Chase misled me. I will you folks figure that out. The other thing that really ticked me off was my car was filthy on the outside along with bird crap on my top and trunk. Looks like my car was outside for 2 weeks and no one ever looked at it, other than to move the car from one side of the lot to another side of the lot. My experience was not good. More
The gentlemen we met with were attentive and helpful, making sure we were satisfied with the transaction without the typical high pressure tactics. We were pleased that they did not try to impose the offensive “market adjustment” common among dealers of late. One of our better car buying experiences. More
