I scheduled promotional $69 oil change on my 2019 Equinox. Chase said he will use this coupon! When time to pay the bill was $178! He said he forgot the promotion coupon and adjusted bill to $108! When buying a vehicle here makes me never want to buy another Chevrolet again. The salesman told me he would have the truck on the lot when we got there. We had to go to another store to exchange a truck another Chevrolet again. The salesman told me he would have the truck on the lot when we got there. I complained about the transmission shifting in reverse hard he said it was normal. I wish now I would have walked away then. found scratches on B pillars on both sides of the truck as well as scratches on right fender and a few other places was told no problem he would get everything fixed. I left the truck at the dealership to be repaired on12/4/2022 returned 12/13/2022 the diver side pillar was replaced but was worse than when I left it nothing else was done. finally got an appointment. 01/09/2023 they fixed the B pillar and said the transmission was diagnosed a valve body issue. Wait for parts till Friday. Finally picked the truck up 02/06/2023. When picking the truck up the transmission was the same as when I dropped it off a month earlier also greasy handprint on A pillar and greasy steering wheel interior was dirty. Called Kiara and informed her of the condition of my truck. More
