My car makes a noise, I was told someone drove it around and couldn’t find it. When I went to pick up my car I was given a bill for $130ish and when I asked what that was for I was told Preston put it in and couldn’t find it. When I went to pick up my car I was given a bill for $130ish and when I asked what that was for I was told Preston put it in for an oil change and tire rotation… I told her to look at the records and see my car had been in the month prior for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car the seat was pushed all the way back & leaned back so far too. I’m frustrated with all if it! So now I need to work with my regular service advisor Chase to schedule time bringing my car back to have the tires rotated back to what they were… It just seemed a little chaotic and unorganized.
