Would have given five stars, but the scheduling department and the servicing department lack basic communication. We were scheduled to have the front parking sensor added from recall. We arrived for the scheduled date with servicing department not having the replacement part along with not having an understanding of servicing visit. We had to reschedule for a few days later. The serving department was able to get the part ordered and replaced quickly on the rescheduled date, but wish it could have been handled the first time. More
Made appointment but took dealer almost 2 wks to evaluate issue. The reason I took vehicle was because there is a miss and engine stumble at cold start up. Even though an ECM code had appeared it turned off issue. The reason I took vehicle was because there is a miss and engine stumble at cold start up. Even though an ECM code had appeared it turned off on it's own and was not found in history. There is still a slight miss but not as bad due to warmer weather. The technician could not feel the hesitation even though I can still feel it. I wish it could have been diagnosed and repaired because no doubt this winter it was be worse. I just cannot be w/o a vehicle for 2 weeks again. More

I’ll give the dealership a good rating this time, I bought a new Z71 just a few months ago. From day one I had a noise coming from the rearend that no one in “service” on the first two service appointm bought a new Z71 just a few months ago. From day one I had a noise coming from the rearend that no one in “service” on the first two service appointments could hear, I thought at the time ok they are just a dealership Jiffy Lube, in fact I was told the noise was normal. Finally I met Jennifer who would listen and at least offered to get me a meeting with the service department supervisor. When I met with Tyler and we took a short ride Tyler heard the noise and he had a real good idea what the noise was, I took the truck in the following week and sure enough what he thought it was cured the problem. Thank you so much Tyler for taking the time to figure out what was wrong and Thank You so much Jennifer for listening and being a true customer service oriented service writer. As for GM, I am very disappointed in the product they are producing it is not what it used to be, other manufactures quality product being produced far far exceeds GM. I was once a very firm believer in GM product but now I wish I hadn’t gotten away from my RAM 2500 that had over 200,000 miles and never had an issue. More
