I’ll give the dealership a good rating this time, I bought a new Z71 just a few months ago. From day one I had a noise coming from the rearend that no one in “service” on the first two service appointm bought a new Z71 just a few months ago. From day one I had a noise coming from the rearend that no one in “service” on the first two service appointments could hear, I thought at the time ok they are just a dealership Jiffy Lube, in fact I was told the noise was normal. Finally I met Jennifer who would listen and at least offered to get me a meeting with the service department supervisor. When I met with Tyler and we took a short ride Tyler heard the noise and he had a real good idea what the noise was, I took the truck in the following week and sure enough what he thought it was cured the problem. Thank you so much Tyler for taking the time to figure out what was wrong and Thank You so much Jennifer for listening and being a true customer service oriented service writer. As for GM, I am very disappointed in the product they are producing it is not what it used to be, other manufactures quality product being produced far far exceeds GM. I was once a very firm believer in GM product but now I wish I hadn’t gotten away from my RAM 2500 that had over 200,000 miles and never had an issue. More

I’ve waited over two months for them to make it right, and they still haven’t, so here’s the review of my experience, that i really didn’t want to write. I’d like to start off by saying the actual sales process was great. I got a great deal on a truck i loved, and my salesperson Melinda was awesome. She’s followed up multiple times, and I’ve even received a hand written thank you card in the mail. My issues all started the moment i stepped into finance. This vehicle was a transfer from another dealership, and the only add on was window tint. That didn’t stop Dominic in finance from adding a $661 “appearance protection” package on there, even though it was never actually added to the vehicle (or even on the window sticker, so he clearly just added this for some extra profit thinking i wouldn’t notice). While In finance we added a couple maintenance and protection packages and GAP. I thought about these and ended up asking for them all to be removed via email, on 4/3 (before the loan was even funded). I was told “no worries, we can do some adjusting once the loan is funded. Should be a day or two” they would be removed, and i should see it reflect in my account in about 3-4 weeks. That didn’t happen. I sent follow up emails on the following dates: 4/5, 4/7, 4/10, 4/27, and 5/1. Around the 4 week mark, i called in to see if i could get an update, and was told that refunding those items can take well over a month, and the 3-4 week estimate was way off, and to just keep waiting. I bought this truck on 3/30, and finally on 5/22, a PARTIAL refund hit my account, but was short of the correct amount by about $1100. At this point i reached out to Dominic’s boss, Robert Light, on Tuesday May 22nd, and he promised me he will take care of it, and I’ll see a refund check soon. Never heard anything back until i called in AGAIN to follow up on Tuesday June 6th, exactly two weeks later, and asked my salesperson to have someone call me back. I did get a call back from Doninic about an hour later, telling me he would do the same thing his boss, Robert, told me he was going to do 2 weeks prior, and i should hear back from him “hopefully by the end of the day”. As I’m writing this, it is 5 days later, and AGAIN, I’ve heard nothing back. I’m still missing $1078.32 and i made this request 71 days ago. Ridiculous. More

The one time I took my car to a chain tire store to get my car serviced, the "technician" did not put the oil filter on correctly which caused an oil leak. This could have potentially caused considerable my car serviced, the "technician" did not put the oil filter on correctly which caused an oil leak. This could have potentially caused considerable damage to my car. I will not take my car anywhere else going forward. This dealership corrected the problem AT NO CHARGE! unheard of. I asked to be driven to a nearby venue which they did right away. Three hours later they called me saying that my car was ready and were sending someone to pick me up. This place was really efficient and service oriented through the entire process. More
Ivan my service advisor did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the service of my 2015 Sierra truck. All the Items I came in to be done were taken care of .
