Dec 2022, I purchased a 2020 Equinox with 9800 miles on it. The car is beautiful and everything went very smoothly. I also purchased most of the offered warranties. My only concern was the Auto/Stop did no it. The car is beautiful and everything went very smoothly. I also purchased most of the offered warranties. My only concern was the Auto/Stop did not work. The salesman said this car did not have it. I thought this can not be right but he insisted. During the next few months I read up on Start/Stop went back to the dealership and talked to a more senior salesman. He came to the same conclusion. The car didn't have it. I made a trip to Kansas and during this trip I noticed the Stop/Start worked a couple times. I made an appointment and had one of the service writers take it for a test drive. He agreed it had a problem but did not know what. I couldn't leave it at the time but made an appointment later with Kiara. She told me it was probably the battery. This totally baffled me since no one else had mentioned that. I asked her," Do you really think charging the battery is going to fix the problem.?" After several hours on the charger, she told me the battery was bad. A new battery and the problem was fixed. My question now is; Obviously the battery was bad when I purchased the car, shouldn't the sales man have known. He either lied to me or was just uneducated on the working of the Start/Stop system. I didn't mentioned his name cause I am not meaning to cause any trouble for him. Other than not knowing about the system, the service was awesome. Obviously the battery was bad before I purchased the car. Had I known, it would have been replaced before the sale was final. I do not believe I should have to buy a battery to replace one that was bad when I bought the car. Having sat at the dealership for several hours, I got to see who was in fast motion and who was in slow motion. I can assure you Kiara is in fast motion and of all the folks I talked to regarding the problem; she is the only one who knew the solution. More

I bought a set of brand new tires last year from Chase. He was good. However, their was one tire that lost pressure within 3 days of them being put on my car. It was one tire with a slow leak. I brought it in and had it repaired or so I thought. The same problem with the one tire continued. Every 3 days it’s looses pressure and I have to fill it. Even after they repaired it. I was led to believe this was a problem I created and I firmly believe that is NOT true. I became a KAREN over a stupid tire due to the lack of customer service at this facility. Including the manager who definitely does not know how to communicate in a healthy way with customers. My experiences there have been awful over a tire that I should not have had to fill every 3 days since it was brand new. I truly believe it was a bad tire somehow. It was finally replaced last week but the process of getting there was ridiculous. The service people were good overall but the manager was not. Check the notes on my account and see if you can be objective with them. More
I brought in my Traverse to have diagnositcs ran for a transmission issue. When I droppped it off for my scheduled appointment I was told it would be 2 days before it could get put on the diagnstic machi transmission issue. After 3 days of no communication I called the shop (I was never told who my service advisor was or received any kind of communucation). I was then told they were short a tech so it would be a little longer. After 6 days I was told I was "fourth in line, hope to get to it today". After 8 days I was told they were "at a complete halt, down 2 techs). At this point I was able to get it in at another shop. I told them I was coming to pick it up. No appologies or anything. Worst service experience ever. More
I made an appointment for 3 pm, when I arrived I was told that it would be 2 hours for an oil change. I thought this was outrageous but I decided to wait because I really needed an oil change. I was not offered a car wash which I find disturbing. As i lived in the midwest my vehicle was always washed when I had service done. I would love a car wash when my vehicle is serviced. More

Brought my Chevy Tahoe in for a recalled part replacement. Great customer service from the minute I called for appt. Courtesy shuttle took me home while it was being fixed.
