I have purchased my vehicles from auto nation since around 2011 when I purchased my Avalanche. Today I visited the Gilbert dealership, and was very much left with a feeling of not ever purchasing from around 2011 when I purchased my Avalanche. When my family and I arrived to look at the used vehicles we asked a rep were the used vehicles were and were left dumbfounded by his attitude towards us, his disdain did not go unnoticed. When we didn't see the vehicle that we were interested in a 2015 GMC Acadia, we asked a sales rep that didn't even introduce himself to us, He went to locate the vehicle and let us know we could look at it, but since it was to be in the shop for a recall issue we would not be able to start or test drive it, so we followed the sales rep to the vehicle, and when we got there I asked if he had the keys since he offered to let us look. We'll he had no keys and was not able to get the keys. My wife asked him what recall and he just blew her off and di not even respond to the question. It is very surprising that a national dealership would let a vehicle sit on there lot for approx 2 weeks and not already have that recall taken care of. The sales person had a lack of enthusiasm to even want to keep our business, I guess if I had come in with a suit on I would have gotten better service?????? More

My rating was excellent until April 5th. I had an appt. for 9:00 arrived at 8:45 and then waited. My truck did not get put in a service stall until 10:25 and for just an oil change did not g I had an appt. for 9:00 arrived at 8:45 and then waited. I have had my truck serviced there ever since I bought it there and usually was out of there in an hour until COVID then it did take a little longer. The time before this, it took longer because they told me that the technician was a trainee. Well, I say that this is bad customer service. They should have taken care of my truck at 9:00 or at least said something. When I approached Sean about the time it was taking, he said, well, it was taken in line. If that is the case, there should not be so many appts. made that you have to wait three hours for oil change. I had another appt. at 1:00 and barely made it. Not a happy camper. More
