They need more help when customers walk in or if they have an appointment. They are overloaded. I scheduled my appointment for Saturday at 1000. When I arrived at 0951 I waited until 1030 before my truck have an appointment. They are overloaded. I scheduled my appointment for Saturday at 1000. When the truck was "ready," it wound up not being correct as there was a mis-communication between the service advisor and the technician. Eventually it was corrected. I left at 1321, almost 3.5 hours for a basic oil service and a tire mounting. It makes me question why I even had to make an appointment if it was going to take that long. I was expecting to wait around an hour to an hour and a half for this. At least 30 minutes were just waiting for the two service advisors to work with clients while several customers stood in line waiting to talk with the advisor. When the advisor has to take the payment, that also extends the time and their availability to help the next customer. I hope it improves. More
