This has been a terrible experience, and the number provided is just a general number in which I haven’t gotten a hold of any manager. If it wasn’t for Scott and Nick in finance this would only be a one star review. It’s been over three weeks and now another two at least until the car is diagnosed and who knows how much longer for repairs. Don’t make promises to make a sale unless you can live up to the promise.
