I purchased a vehicle by phone from this dealership and had it shipped to me, as there was no inventory in my state. I am satisfied with the price paid, but I was annoyed by the pitch for various add-on services (extended warranty, dent protection, etc.) which I declined. What I really don't appreciate about the pitches for add-ons is that I was not given any kind of documents to review that would spell out explicitly what I would received if I agree to pay thousands of dollars extra. I was not comfortable buying these things purely based on the verbal description provided to me by the salesmen. I ended up rejecting all of these services based on general advice on the internet that these kinds of things are not a good deal for customers. More
