Was there 1 hr. Car still not even in shop. Ask for ride. It would be an additional 45 minutes for a ride. Said it would take up to 3 hrs for oil change and tire rot Car still not even in shop. What’s the point of having an appointment. My car 2020 Encore GX has only 11000 miles on it. Then I get a stupid email that they want to give me a cash offer for the car. More
