I SPENT 4 PLUS HOURS SITTING AT THE SALES DESK TRYING TO TAKE DELIVERY, AT ONE POINT ABOUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WAIT A CUSTOMER ONE TABLE AWAY GOT INTO VA VERY HEATED ARGUMENT WITH THE F AND I MAN AND WAS TAKE DELIVERY, AT ONE POINT ABOUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WAIT A CUSTOMER ONE TABLE AWAY GOT INTO VA VERY HEATED ARGUMENT WITH THE F AND I MAN AND WAS YELLING AT TOP OF HIS VOICE FOR A LONG TIME AND CURSING VERY LOUDLY. FINALLY THE EMPLOYEE CALLED THE POLICE AND TWO METRO OFFICERS ARRIVED AND THE CONVERSATION SEEMED TO CALM DOWN. THEN THE OFFICERS LEFT AFTER THE IRATE CUSTOMER LEFT. THEN I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 45 MINUTES TO SEE THE F AND I MAN SO HE COULD CALM HIMSELF DOWN AFTER THE VERBAL ALTERCATION.. SURLEY THERE WAS A PROBLEM AT AUTONATION WITH THIS CUSTOMER. LOOKS VERY BAD TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN IN YOUR OFFICE WITH A CUSTOMER WHO WAS YELLING AND SCREAMING WITH PROFANITYS SO ALL COULD HEAR. THE BLAME IS ON YOU TO LET THIS HAPPEN. W. BERT HUNN More
Great staff very friendly and helpful. However, after having my vehicle for a week two out of three of my issues were not resolved and I made it clear I was planning a 1400 mile road trip. However, after having my vehicle for a week two out of three of my issues were not resolved and I made it clear I was planning a 1400 mile road trip. Now I’m 1400 miles from home and my car is being serviced at another Buick dealership. I’m disappointed but I understand things happen and I always had great service from them in the past so I’m willing to give them another chance, especially since the service staff is so accommodating and helpful. The mechanics need to pay more attention to their work before releasing the cars they service. More
