I had to wait for my oil change appointment over 2 hours and had to leave. Last oil change they did not tighten the screws enough and cause oil leaks. Found this out from Ziffy Lube. Very disturbing. Even though I had just a simple oil change, it was a relief that it went smoothly because the previous Buick shop I went to, the oil change took more than four hours, the car was not washed and the serv relief that it went smoothly because the previous Buick shop I went to, the oil change took more than four hours, the car was not washed and the service people were rude. One of the only dealerships charging MSRP and not trying to charge over during these difficult times. My salesman, Eric Linares, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and far from the traditional pus to charge over during these difficult times. The sales manager, Christopher Ditmore, was excellent with updates, communication and went above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend Auto Nation Buick GMC for your next vehicle. They are the real deal and don’t give you the run around like so many other dealerships I went to. Would refer all my friends here for sure! More
