The sales team was great, finance department was quick and easy, 2 things I was not pleased with though, one of the door handles on the truck I bought is literally separating itself from the door, I was t and easy, 2 things I was not pleased with though, one of the door handles on the truck I bought is literally separating itself from the door, I was told multiple times that they wouldn't fix it due to it being a cosmetic issue. I seriously thought about not purchasing the vehicle because of this but I needed this truck since I pull a trailer and it was in my price range. The second thing was that I was told it would be detailed and ready to pick up a certain day, it turned out it wasn't ready as promised and had to make an additional trip the next day to pick up the truck and finally drive it home, all in all it was the salesman that made comfortable enough to proceed with the purchase, kudos to him but not to whoever turned down my request to get the door handle fixed. More
