Had the car towed in and dealt with them over the phone. The problem was relatively simple to fix, but it had transmission fluid all over the engine bay. However, their phone bot was typically dismal to deal with and trying to contact Brian in Service proved to be impossible. The bill seemed pricy for the repair involved, but there was extra labor for cleaning, so I can forgive the cost. More
