The following service was done: rear brakes, front rear diff fluid, transfer case and oil change. Only comment is I wish those services could be little less expensive. diff fluid, transfer case and oil change. Only comment is I wish those services could be little less expensive. More

This was the fourth transaction I’ve done with Autonation GMC Buick on Sahara. Two purchases and two “sell my car” fair pricing, friendly staff, great communication and followup and a very easy process. Woul GMC Buick on Sahara. After speaking with my dealer in my state, Was able to make it to my destination with a prayer and was told to take vehicle to any GMC or Chevy Dealer. Takes vehicle to AutoNation Buick on Sahara in Las Vegas, NV, no appointment, no problem. Was given a rental car and told would need to keep it a day. Car was fixed on next day, plus I was covered price wise which was a blessing. Was so greatful that everything went smoothly and that the Service Advisors Brian Strawn and Michael Terhune were so courteous. Was even sent a video showing what the problem was. Some kind of sensor issue. Was happy they were able to fix it so fast, it was after all my birthday week and I was on vacation. If you find yourself in a similar situation of some sort, don’t hesitate to lookup AutoNation Buick, 6400 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89146. You are in good hands. I recommend them for all your mechanical needs. Thanks AutoNation Buick. From Brenda More

I had originally talked to Paul O'Rourke, but he wasn't in the dealership, when I needed to make the purchase. I was met by Bob Ioconi. I explained the need to get home and needed the only used GMC/Chevy Duramax in town. We completed the deal in less time than it took me to unload my trade-in. I don't like the 'no negotiation' policy of AutoNation, but since I was between the gates of xxxx and needed out of town, I completed the transaction. My wife and financial manager encouraged me to purchase the vehicle, so that we had the ability to get home. Our 1000+ mile trip home to Oregon was without any problems, which was a great relief to my wife and I. More
