Waited a few days for this post just to let myself cool down. I have always taken my GMC Sierra to a "GM" dealership for "Certified GM Service ". People tell me at times I am crazy paying dealership prices down. I have always taken my GMC Sierra to a "GM" dealership for "Certified GM Service ". People tell me at times I am crazy paying dealership prices for service. But I would rather have "piece of mind " paying extra know my truck would be taken care of with Certified GM Service. I have taken my truck here to AutioNation Buck GMC West Sahara a few times before and let me tell you by far the WORST Customer service I've ever had to deal with. 1st time was with a male with the name Brain wouldn't return calls or text messages regarding my truck (which they had for a few days). after speaking with the Service manager Mike was like okay maybe things will change. NOPE I was wrong. 2nd time (9/02/22) My A/C went out so they wanted me to bring in my truck on Tuesday 9/06/22 or leave it there over the weekend. Asked for a loaner or rented which they have given to me before. But wanted me to pay for that myself. which last time they didn't charge me. This time it was a male but the name of Armando which was very rude with my wife, myself on the phone. after going back and forth with them about the rental they finally gave me one. by the way it being over 105° and Las Vegas under a Heat Advisory. Well before I Authorize them to make the necessary repairs I had a few questions so I stopped by the dealership and spoke with the service manager Mike. Let me tell you I know we're there Service department get there "Customer Service " from. When asked him about the loaner/ rental Vehicle and why was it such a hassle. He said something of the Degree that the "company needs to make a profit " So your telling me the AC job that would have cost $558.43 and they also recommended for me to have my front bakes done for $490 plus taxes so something over $1,000 plus they couldn't "eat" the $46 dollars a day for the rental? Was such a headache dealing with this place. I am sorry I would rather drive to another GMC dealership even if it is farther away to get service on my GMC Sierra. More
I have been getting my Pontiac serviced here for years because I trust them. Allen Wright always goes out of his way to take care of it and my extra concerns. I made an appointment for 10:00 a. m. for an oil change for my 2020 Encore. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. I was informed there was a 2 hour delay. My oil change was not completed until 12:0 m. for an oil change for my 2020 Encore. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. I was informed there was a 2 hour delay. My oil change was not completed until 12:07.
