The work was performed as promised. The repair took almost 10 days. There were issues during the repair that I asked about and did not receive a response from my service advisor. I had to call to get updates on my vehicle repair status. My calls were not returned. I would have preferred to have been updated due to you having my truck for 10 days. More

Allen Wright the service tech and the manager were awesome. They found a part for my 2004 Envoy XUV rear window and had it installed. I have been going to this dealership for at least 10 years.
