We recently acquired a truck that was new to us, trading in a vehicle on which we were upside down. The dealership provided a reasonable trade-in deal, and we left with the truck the same day. However, the required paperwork to register the vehicle was not sent to us. Instead, it was mistakenly sent to another individual with our last name. Fortunately, this person was a family member and promptly forwarded us a picture of the paperwork. Had it not been a relative, this could have resulted in significant issues. The situation worsened when we attempted to register the vehicle online and discovered it required a smog check and that our current license plate had been "surrendered." We have since completed the smog check and will now seek reimbursement for the associated fees from the dealership. So disappointed at the sloppiness of this dealership! More

Customer service was not good. Would not communicate when told someone would get back with us. Had to leave messages through an answering machine and by text. We expected a call to go over the issue that was diagnosed on our vehicle and to discuss how to move forward. We received a text with a screen shot of the issue and a cost. Which the cost was absolutely outrageous but it is a dealership so we understand they mark up the cost. We’ve had our vehicle serviced for an oil change in the past here and had no issues. However when bringing it in for service we were told we would have it back that night. Didn’t hear anything until late that afternoon (after leaving messages cause we had not heard back by 3pm like the told us they would call) which was by text that they need more time they just now put it back to be diagnosed and he needed more time. Which is fine. However they still did not communicate to us and we had to keep calling and finally received our car back a couple days later. We will no longer be bringing our vehicle into this location. We will also spread the word about the outrageous cost and poor customer service. Granted it may have only been our representative that we were dealing with. More
