I tell you what, it gets worse and worse ever time I come to desert buick gmc. The "service advisor" does nothing to even try to help out. I brought my truck in for an oil change and the check engine light b to desert buick gmc. The "service advisor" does nothing to even try to help out. I brought my truck in for an oil change and the check engine light being on. First it took 4 days just to get the oil change done. And for the check engine light it also too 4 days to plug in the obd2 reader. I do work and my truck is my mode of transportation, never was i offered a vehicle to get me around while my truck was in the shop and neither was i given an explanation on why it took 4 days to complete something as simple as an oil change. If youre asking why not do the oil change myself, it is because i have 6 oil changes through my warranty. After them calling me and telling me the part/labor wasn't covered by my warranty I decided to just pick up my truck and take elsewhere for a second opinion. Upon arrival I was told it was going to be around $200 for the "diagnostic " which was never disclosed to me neither in writing, or verbally. All the emails sent to me by the "service advisor" said 0.00 for payment. How this "diagnostic " fee magically came to be is beyond me. Now I'm not being cheap or afraid to pay for a service but don't blindside me and act rude when I question it. You can tell this guy didn't want to be at his desk and is definitely not there to help out his clients. I know what comes next, the gm or service manager are going to say to reach out to make it better, but I know they heard me when I asking about the fees at the desk, why not come out then? Just give me my money back and I truly hope I never have to go to desert buick gmc again for any reason again. More

YOU GUY NEED TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF TRAINING ON & TO communication WITH THE CUSTOMER How was the communication from the service department TO THE CUSTOMER. I MARKED 4 OF YOUR QUESTIONS BELOW AS VERY POOR. NO MARKS LOWER THEN VERY POOR. ARMANDO HAD SOME PRETTY GOOD EXCUSES, I HAD NEVER BEED LIED TO SO MANY TIMES.
