Eric was a great salesman. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all. We took our 2011 Cadillac SRX to AutoNation Buick/GMC. The car would not start and after installing a new battery (the battery in the car was dead) there were still starting issues. Inasmuch as health issues were having an impact on my overall driving abilities we decided to donate the car. Throughout this entire process we dealt with Ezikiel, who is one of the intake people in the service department. He was most helpful and understanding. He provided much needed assistance when we emptied the car of personal belongings and the license plates. While we have been customers of this dealership since 2014 as the Mrs. drives a Buick, this was the first time that they had seen the Cadillac. More
