WHY DID I GIVE AUTOLAND OF TOYOTA ALL 5'S A GREAT REVIEW... FIRST OF ALL I HAVE BEEN TO MANY DEALERSHIPS AND THEY HAVE NOT SATISFIED ALL MY NEED WHEN IT HAS COME TO BUYING A VEHICLE. BUT AT AUTOLAND REVIEW... FIRST OF ALL I HAVE BEEN TO MANY DEALERSHIPS AND THEY HAVE NOT SATISFIED ALL MY NEED WHEN IT HAS COME TO BUYING A VEHICLE. BUT AT AUTOLAND OF TOYOTA I WAS SOO IMPRESSED JUST THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS ASTONISHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE, STARTING OFF WITH RALPH MITCHELL THE SALESMAN HE DEFINITELY WOW'D ME. JUST BY HIS PERSONALITY AND OVERALL CHARISMA HE WAS SOO DETAILED WITH EVERY CAR FROM THE BIGGEST DETAIL LIKE THE ENGINE TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL, LIKE THE CHANGE HOLDER AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. QUALITY OF WORK.. PURVISH PATEL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE WITH MY FINANCING HE DETAILED EVERY TYPE OF CAR AND CHOICE OF FINANCE THAT FIT MY BUDGET AND NOT JUST MY BUDGET BUT ALSO THAT WOULD FIT MY FAMILY AS WELL. STEVE SCHLEIFER ALSO WAS EXTREMELY AMAZING WITH EXPLAINING ALL THE WHAT I WAS SIGNING AND WHAT WAS NECESSARY THAT I WOULD NEED OR NOT NEED TO FIT MY BUDGET.. AGAIN I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH PURVISH AND STEVE. FRIENDLINESS.. THIS IS EASY.. ALL THE STAFF AT AUTOLAND WAS NOTHING BUT FRIENDLY PRICE... I HAVE TO SAY I WILL ALWAYS BUY A CAR HERE AND ILL TELL YOU WHY MY BROTHER IN 2001 BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM AUTOLAND AND THEN AFTER MY OTHER BROTHER PURCHASED 3 MORE VEHICLES (HEY THEY MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT) THE ONE THING THAT I LIKED WAS IN 2001 THE FINANCE MANAGER MY BROTHER DEALT WITH WAS THE SAME FINANCE MANAGER I DEALT WITH FOR THIS PURCHASE AND IT IS 2011 AFTER 10 YEARS LATER TO COME BACK TO A DEALERSHIP AND SEE THE SAME FACE MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD AND KNOW THAT ITS NOT JUST A COMPANY BUT THEY REALLY DO TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY SO AFTER 4 VEHICLES PURCHASED I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM AUTOLAND EVEN THOUGH YOUR ARE AN HOUR AWAY FROM MY RESIDENCE.. 3 years ago no had unpleasant experience but now yes. Jonathan and Rafic were excellent. This time there were no surprises. And the pricing was more to our liking. I traded in my 2001 Toyota Camry and the price offered was about 60% less than if I had sold it on the open market.
