I have been leasing / purchasing cars from Johnny for 16 years. For this lease (for my Mom) I considered comparable cars from two other manufacturers. My family was urging me to investigale all options in order to get the best deal for my Mom. I spoke to salesmen at two dealerships regarding the cars, their lease promotions, and set up appointments. But I've dealt with other car salesmen in the past and every experience has be a nightmare. The advantages of the other cars, including alleged lower cost, just couldn't outweigh the benefits of dealing with John Grasso. Johnny's courteous and friendly. He listens to what your needs are, and with his incredible knowledge of the industry, he "leaves no stone unturned" to find exactly the car that you want, and a deal that you're comfortable with. He doesn't waste your time, doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. To me that's the ideal salesman. I am grateful to be able to deal with Johnny every few years when we need new cars. More
Everyone I spoke with, especially the salesman, were extremely friendy, courteous and knowledgeable. Even those that I did not have any sales contact with. In 1999 I bought a new Camry for my wife, the first car agency I stopped at was AutoLand it was terrible, needless to say I didn't buy the car there. So this time I went to AutoLand with trepidation, merely to get a competative price, ready to run - this was the second Toyota dealer I had stopped at, and the first dealer was very nice - however it ended up that I bought the car there...no pressure, just politeness. I will recommend AutoLand to anyone I know who is in the market for a car. More

Rich was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable,accommodating. He did the best he could to get us the best price, although we then had to bargain with Adam a bit more -that's par for knowledgeable,accommodating. Rich is still very helpful when we have any questions about the new car. He is a very good salesman. This is about the 5th car I bought from Autoland (not all Toyotas) and this time was probably the most pleasant (although I obviously liked my previous experiences, otherwise I would not have been back). Great Experience. I will never go any where else. The staff was above and beyond friendly.
