I purchased a certified 2009 sienna last year and after I came back home I found out one headset in the back seat was missing. I went back and was promised to have one for me. During 6 WEEKS waiting, they I came back home I found out one headset in the back seat was missing. I went back and was promised to have one for me. During 6 WEEKS waiting, they got one with wrong size, another one with wrong color( both were used ones, very old, like from juckyard). finally I asked the manager when he will get right one for me. His answer was that he did not know. He also claimed that I got used car, therefore the replacement should be used( the tone of the voice was not friendly). Out of disappiontment, I called Toyota USA 1-800# to complain and they sent my complaint to the dealer. This is the turning point for me. Paula( customer relation manager) called me right away and promised to order a new headset for me. 2 or 3 days later I got my new headset( I bought car on 10/1/2011 and got my headset on 11/19/2011.) Before Paula got involved, I swear that I would never come back to this dealership and I would give zero star to them. Now I give 5 star to customer service because how Paula took care of my issue and did right thing for the customer.
