On my first visit I had a salesman who was very polite, but I could not understand his speech due to a heavy accent he had, so on my second visit I requested another salesman. I felt that I was treated with respect throughout the transaction, and although I think the trade-in value of my car was worth more than the dealer gave me, I did agree to the final price. Although I was apprehensive going to a "Highway" dealership, I was very satisfied with everything about my experience. This, even despite the fact I had my nephew with me who sells Buicks and who got pretty agressive with the "closer" in my opinion.
