I have always been more than satisfied with your customer service team and mechanics. Because the car is serviced at regular intervals, I usually wait while work is performed. That you have coffee, bagels & spreads as well as places to plug in and work remotely is a nice, and much appreciated, touch. On the occasions when service lasts more than an hour, I have taken advantage of your transport service to drive me to my office. I find this amenity particularly helpful. You get an unequivocal 5-Star Rating with a special nod to Gwen who is very pleasant and thorough. More

Never Again! Terrible Terrible service! I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter ran over a pothole in her Scion (which is in my name) and damaged two tire Terrible Terrible service! I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter ran over a pothole in her Scion (which is in my name) and damaged two tires. They replaced them as per the warranty, although it took two days to get the car back. I had to Uber there to get the car. Anyway, the car felt funny as I drove it home, but as I normally drive an SUV, I thought it was because I was not used to the feel of the car. When my daughter was driving to Montclair State for her classes the next day, she felt something was wrong. On the Garden State Parkway, the car began to swerve. People were yelling out the window that her tire was coming off. She had to stop in the left lane as she could not get across the road to the shoulder. It was rush hour and she nearly got hit several times while people were beeping and yelling at her. We called Autoland service and waere told to bring the car back. After dealing with the police and The Parkway people (AAA is not allowed on The Parkway), the tire was changed and my daughter drove back to Autoland. I was very angry and let them know she could have been killed. The only thing I asked for was the $63.96 back for the tire change. They changed the tire and after they were finished, my daughter saw the tire light was on. She informed them and was told that the tire had to "adjust." Well, the next day the tire light was still on. (The fact that they let her leave with the light on after The Parkway mishap is beyond me, but I wasn't aware of it until after she got home). I called and called and finally they said to bring the car back again. I again asked for the money. Today I was told they would not give me the money for the tire change because the warranty company would not reimburse for it. I told them I didn't expect the tire warranty company to pay, but Autoland since they obviously did not put the tire on correctly. They told me she must have hit something that damaged it. I told them she said the car felt funny as soon as she drove it. I reiterated that something did not feel right when I drove it home, but wrote it off to not being familiar with the car. The service person claimed there was a hole in it. I said if that was the case, either the tire was defective or it developed the hole after coming off. He repeated they were not going to pay for it. I told him that they lost a customer when my lease is up next year. How petty! It is not the money, but what is fair. When my daughter brought the car back after the tire fell off, and related the story, no one apologized. They just looked confused and said they didn't understand why it happened. Ridiculous! They would rather lose a customer next year for a car than reimburse less than $64 for changing a tire that was either defective or not put on properly. And not even any concern that she could have been killed. Never again will I go to Autoland once this lease is up!!!!! More
Never Again! Star rating=0 Bought a used Toyota here. Sales manager not upfront about broken fender, bald tires, broken DVD player. And gave me a Bad deal on trade in.
