The sales team is nice but they wait like sharks by the door. My experience with the final numbers guy was annoying. He was incredibly pushy and made the process frustrating instead of fun. But they run incredibly slow. Hard an appointment at 10:30am for an oil change and flushing of slides and my car wasn’t ready until almost 3:30. They knew I was coming from an hour away too so it was fairly inconvenient. More
