Made an appointment with service department. The young man was telling me that it could take three hours! Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There were people sitting in the waiting room when I got there and they were there when I left three hours later. And now my car is making a humming noise coming from the tires. Who knows what that could be.... And the coffee machine doesn't work either More
