Initially sent me away over a $2k difference in price. Then called me back to offer to split the difference. I wish I’d never gone back. It is a 45 min drive from my home. They didn’t deliver the car until a week after purchase (but they cashed my check immediately). Then, when my son picked it up, they only gave him one key fob. And the inspection sticker is for NH even though I live in MA and the car is registered in MA. I inquired at the onset about their ability to get the MA paperwork completed and they said “no problem.” Previously , when I purchased a vehicle in NH, they delivered it in 2 business days, complete with both fobs, registration and the MA inspection sticker. I asked about the other key fob and thus far, they have ignored me. No answer, not even a “checking into it.” Horrible buying experience. I’ve purchased many, many cars in NH, MA, even AZ and never have I been this disappointed and upset by an interaction with a dealer. More
