I stopped by without an appointment for a oil change and they fit me in and I was out within 1 hour. They also rotated my tires. Apparently the cars VW makes are such poor quality that a 3 year old car can no longer pass NH state inspection. VW has no problem lying to the government about submitting fake software when it costs THEM mo 3 year old car can no longer pass NH state inspection. VW has no problem lying to the government about submitting fake software when it costs THEM money they are willing to have low standards and cut corners, however when they can make money on the back of the working man, they suddenly become sticklers for the rules and will FAIL your car for inspection because of two small specs of rust on a brake rotor! Who even knew that was a thing. In 30 years of getting cars inspected I've never heard of it, but if they can gouge you for it, they will! They even charge $25 to rotate your tires! Just go to town fair tires and they will do it for free! ( If you bought your tires there) More

First off the service was on my sons car and not mine. He was given the wrong key when he left and he had things that were put as deferred that he had fixed by VW and has the paper work and the over 4,000 re was given the wrong key when he left and he had things that were put as deferred that he had fixed by VW and has the paper work and the over 4,000 receipt for proof attacked to the paperwork for when those services were done. I do lease a VW and will not be getting another one from Nashua. More
