I purchased a first car for my teenager at Auto Fair Volkswagen. It should have been a great experience but instead it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! I had to return the vehicle four times for simple things they agreed to at the time of purchase. I had to deal with five different people to include the General Manager. After the fourth return it was still not right. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment and shop somewhere else! More
