I have prepaid for my vehicle maintenance service for my 2018 Tiguan SEL and now for my 2021 Passat SE. I'm not sure how cost effective it is, but I do like the idea of driving in, getting the work done, an 2018 Tiguan SEL and now for my 2021 Passat SE. I'm not sure how cost effective it is, but I do like the idea of driving in, getting the work done, and then just driving out and saying, "See you next time!" The service advisors have all been wonderful to work with. I can call with any service-related questions and they always have or get an answer for me. I've been able to drive in most anytime if I have what seems to be a minor issue, such as the tire pressure warning light coming on for some unknown reason. I never feel like anyone is trying to convince me I need something I don't or trying to upsell me to something "better." I've been really happy with the dealership and will keep going back. More

I purchased a first car for my teenager at Auto Fair Volkswagen. It should have been a great experience but instead it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! After the fourth return it was still not right. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment and shop somewhere else! More
