So I currently have been fighting with this company because I need a total refund on my premium vehicle maintenance plan due to my vehicle being a total loss. I’ve been calling them and they won’t answer my calls. They told me it’s now under the old auto fair. (I bought my car there). I will not do business with them nor will I recommend them. I thought I had a great experience there but turns out they are just slime xxxxx! Their finance managers are incompetent and won’t do anything that they are supposed to do! I wish I could return the car I have now, definitely took off the auto fair branding on it tho! I RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE! Been a battle since October 2021 More
