Thought service would be a bit more understanding about my issue. Instead, tech told the service advisor that the reason my rotors were discolored was because of extremely hard braking. He actually said it was from going like 100mph and slamming on my breaks.?!?😡. Keep in mind this car was purchased with 20k miles on it from dealer in 2021. 2 months later needing pads and rotors. Not how I exactly wanted to spend $6hundred plus dollars. More

Drove about 85 miles to get a part for my daughter's car. Got here about 445 and as I got out of my daughter's car smelled a burned brake! Left rear was smoking! I asked if the could free up the caliper so I could get home and they responded by offering to stay late and fix both calipers, parts and all. Amazing! So these guys go way "above and beyond" for customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor, this is a Dealership that walks the talk. A rare thing these days. More
