This review relates mostly to the service department, which is excellent. Unfortunately the sales department did not really stand out from the pack in their methods/tactics (at least in 2023), no worse t which is excellent. I can only speak as a customer who purchased extended service coverage but I have been well taken care of, and given warranty coverage for problems that I know other dealers have not covered, at least from my research. Both John and Nick were great to work with and very professional, with good advice. They worked with me twice to arrange a loaner car which was always ready to go. I can’t really speak for the pricing since most of what I’ve had done has been covered through the service contract after I bought the car there. More
Great experience walking in until meeting Kerry the sales girl. Rude and unproffesional. Dealership was recommended to me but Kerry was aggressive and inappropriate. I was told a shuttle would be provided but when i went they said they wont. Also, told one of the repair I booked for was not available and I was not informed about that before. Even didn't get any text o they said they wont. Also, told one of the repair I booked for was not available and I was not informed about that before. Even didn't get any text or email confirming the appointment. Also, when requested to charge my car, they just opened the charging flap and left it without connecting charger.
