My 2004 Tacoma had a couple items that needed attention. First was the ABS light, indicating a problem with the anti-lock brake system; also the check engine light was on. Additionally I noticed that the hand brake would no longer prevent the vehicle from rolling while parked on a steep incline. Aurelio, my service advisor, got the truck analyzed quickly, let me know what repairs were required and exactly what the cost of each repair would be. Then he helped me decide which repairs should be done immediately and which could be postponed which was very helpful. The chosen work was completed in the time promised and I have the vehicle back. MacKenzie wad amazing very customer service oriented and friendly. I was waiting and she gave me an area to work for the 4 1/2 hours I was there.
