Salesperson (Jamal) helped me find the car I wanted and was able to arrange a change with the interior from fabric to heated leather seats. It was a very quick turnaround. He even came in on his scheduled day off to get me in the car one day earlier. He was knowledgeable, polite and patient as he walked me through the navigation of features. He has checked in 2-3 times since I took possession of the car and reviewed the remote starter feature after I expressed difficulty. The finance woman was also friendly and very knowledgeable.
Aurelio was really helpful and patient as he answered a number of questions that I had.
