I went in for a problem with my brakes. It was not long after I purchased a used car from them. I was within the 3700 miles part of the warranty, but it was 3 days past the 90 days part. I was quite upset that the brakes would need to be replaced after I put so little miles on the car. After discussing this with Chuck, he waved the charge for the brakes entirely. I have been bringing my car there for service for approximately 7 years, first my Camry and now my Kia and they have never let me down. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I especially like the way that Scott Poirier in the Service Department does business. He listens carefully to my concerns and addresses them immediately. He is polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my cars there for service for many years to come. More

We had an amazing experience with IRA Toyota in Tewksbury. We called ahead and asked to test drive the Camry Hybrid... we get to the dealership and the car we wanted was out front and ready for a Tewksbury. By the end of the night (2 hours later) we drove home in our new 2009 car! We were so impressed with Dmitriy's (Rutman) vast knowledge of the Camry Hybrid, he answered all our questions, made us feel like family, and told us to come back anytime (which we will!). Both my husband and I are very grateful to Dmitriy, Johnny and David - all of whom stayed late (past closing) to help us get the financing we needed to take the car home that night. We are already in love with the new car, it drives like a dream and we look forward to our commute in the mornings now (our old car was so choppy and noisy on the highway - made for a bad drive). I cannot wait to show off the new car to my family and friends and take them all for a drive! Thanks again to Dmitriy for making us feel like family, treating us with respect, and for answering all our questions. I was very pleased with my experience at Ira Toyota in Tewksbury. This was my second RAV4 purchased from them. I submitted an inquiry on their website on Thursday and received a prompt call back to setu Tewksbury. This was my second RAV4 purchased from them. I submitted an inquiry on their website on Thursday and received a prompt call back to setup a time on Saturday to meet with a sales rep. I test drove both the 4cy RAV4 and the 6cy RAV4. They were very patient with me as I tried to decide which one I wanted. I also feel that I got a fair deal on my trade and the entire process was thoroughly explained from start to finish. I was able to complete my purchase, trade in my old RAV4, and drive home my new RAV4 - all in one afternoon. More
Ken was very courteous and respectful toward my wife and me. He was very patient in explainging the operation of the vehicle. He listened attentivley to our requests. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Ira Toyota of Tewksbury. I am totally up-front about being clueless about cars, and I was looking for a straightforward transaction. My husband and I had already Tewksbury. I am totally up-front about being clueless about cars, and I was looking for a straightforward transaction. My husband and I had already test-driven and chosen the car we wanted. We called up every dealer within a reasonable distance of Cambridge and asked for a price. We were very clear about the fact that we were simply going to go with the lowest price we received over the phone. Several dealers refused to give a price, and others (*cough* Herb Chambers *cough*) went further to try to take advantage of my being young and female and clueless about cars as well as the car-buying process. However, Ira was one of the few dealers that treated us very respectfully over the phone and was happy to give us a reasonable price quote right away. Ira was also the first dealer to call us back. The salesperson who called me had a very professional, straightforward, and respectful manner that I really appreciated. They were totally trustworthy and cool during the whole negotiation process, and I *loved* that they were willing to do this over the phone so I didn't have to drag myself there. Other dealers who were insisting I come in person only made themselves pale in comparison in Ira. When we eventually talked to the manager, Chuck, he treated us with absolute respect and even though I'm sure his time is extremely valuable, he took his time to explain things to us, never using the slimy and vague talk that other dealers tried to use. When we came in person, everything was almost ready for us and the salesperson on the floor, Ron, was great to talk to. After a short wait, we went into David Frazier's office. I have nothing but praise for David. I could not BELIEVE how patiently he explained everything without ever being condescending. We were able to be totally up-front about our situation, what we were looking for, and what we didn't know without having to worry that he would try to insult our intelligence or take advantage of us (you can see this is the theme of the transaction). It is so great to be treated like an intelligent adult when you are buying a car, even if it is your first car. With David, the attitude was that we wanted to buy a car, and he wanted to sell us a car - what was the best way to make that happen? This attitude, in contrast to the combative attitude we experienced with some other dealers, was very noticable. We worked out something that had both sides happy. Overall, my husband and I were delighted with our experience at Ira. We wanted a straightforward transaction with minimal tricks and haggling, and we got it. The price was about 95% of our decision, and the location/customer service/etc was the rest - but on all those counts we give Ira a 5/5. The drive to Tewksbury was something we never even thought about. More
