A young man greeted us in the front of the building - - everyone that we came in contact with that day could not have been nicer to us. There was absolutely no hitting us over the head with what a great deal they had. It was as though we were sitting in our living room at home talking over all the pros and cons with Gary Kotyla and making our decision. He was very knowlegable and completely professional. Buying a new car in the past has always been very painful. I would recommend Ira Toyota in Tewksbury to everyone that would like to purchase a new and/or used car. You will not be sorry. Just to inform everyone. I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I am 19 and was looking to buy a 07 Toyota Tundra SR5 TRD package and they basically laughed. Well jokes on them I am sitting in a brand new one now. Go to Ira and get a quote then head up to Nashua. Nashua was great, Friendly and service is awesome. I sat down the sales manager took me very seriously. Encouraged me to look at other dealerships and told me he could beat anyone. I took Ira Tewksbury's unreal quote and brought it up to Toyota trucks Nashua and the Manager laughed. They wanted to give me 800 dollars for my trade in at Ira and Toyota trucks Nashua gave me 4000.00?? It cost me 19.95 for an oil change at Toyota of Nashua. They are very friendly my dealer always comes over when I am in the lounge and brings up small talk and asks how the truck is. I told them I couldn't spend more then 500.00 a month and now I am paying 485.00 a month. In addition, they added a free tonneau cover, step up boards and a back up camera. With the tough times don't just settle at Ira check out Nashua they will beat Ira any day. The Ira sale person was friendly but who wouldn't be when they are working off Commission. Don't fall for the nice guy act. They thought I was young and vulnerable, but I had an idea of what I am doing. Sorry Ira of Tewksbury you lost 4 great customers that feel the same way. I usually send my two Toyotas (2001 Camry and 2005 Sienna) to Tewksbury Ira dealer for regular maintenance for a long time. Yes, its service is expensive, but still in my expectation until yesterday. Yesterday afternoon, I was charged $660 to replace front/rear brak pads and resurface rotors. They charged $480 for labor (less than 2 hours work). I am not familiar to car maintenance and accepted/paid this service. I won't do any car service in Ira anymore in future. More

They were low-key, no high pressure sales and recognized us as experienced car buyers and we were treated as such. I live in NH and 3 gentlement at Ira did what it took to earn my business. I had a situation where I was unable to come down and look at the car after locating one on their webiste. They literally brought the car to my home in NH for me to look at. The car was just what I needed to make quite a few trips to Boston on a weekly basis. My Husband and I went in to look and ended up buying a 2008 Highlander and a 2009 Tacoma. From the second we walked on the lot we were treated with respect. When it came to price the sales rep and financial rep went over all the options with us in detail. By the time we actually signed all the paper work we knew it was a good deal and felt confident that the dealership was treating us right.
