"Very bad experience with the service dept" I bought a certified pre owned highlander, after a week goes by a squeaky noise started every time I go over any potholes or a bump. So I go in to the I bought a certified pre owned highlander, after a week goes by a squeaky noise started every time I go over any potholes or a bump. So I go in to their service dept. to get it checked out. Service advisor tells me to come by tomorrow. So I come by next day, they didn't even looked at my car for hour and fifteen minutes. After 3 hours the advisor come by and tells my we have figured out the problem. I was like it took you guys 3 hours to figure out what's wrong with the car? At this time I was done with their stupid games and tired of waiting and waiting to hear non sense answers. Then he tells me oh we just want to figure out who's going to pay for it. At this time I really had it with this useless folks at the service dept. I told them I am leaving and walked out of there. If they show same passion as they show when they sell their cars that would be nice. Stay away from these guys. My friends and relatives also had bad experience with their service dept. More

Service I was in for my 15K service and the dealership was very busy. They offered me a loaner car to use for the day which was great so I could get my errand I was in for my 15K service and the dealership was very busy. Never noticed I was there. I walked in with my husband and 2 kids. We stood in the middle of the office while 4 reps were with other people. Not ONE of them looked at us or made eye contact. I kept my eye on my watch and for 10 minutes no one looke or spoke to us. My kids asked why we were leaving and I said it was because evidently they didn't want our money. So we test drove Honda, Mazda and Nissan down the street. More

Buyer Beware … I turned in a leased Prius on July 2 , 2016 in excellent condition and under mileage. Along with turning the Prius in, I purchased a new Toyata Camry hybrid from IRA. Through out the purchasing of the new car I repeatedly asked Ira to cover any and all turn in fees associated with the Lease Car and was assured many times over three days that they would, and at one point they said there were no fees due. Two months later I get Invoiced for a disposition fee of $350.00 plus State tax ($371.88 total) by Toyota Financial. Talked to Ira and Toyota Financial, I am on the hook for the $371.88. Buyer Beware. More
