From the time we looked at our car and purchased it and picked it up several days later, many of the sales staff knew my husband on a first name basis. They were low-key, no high pressure sales and recognized us as experienced car buyers and we were treated as such. Hope they are recognized for their efforts, becaus today niceness seems to be missing and overlooked. We enjoyed it all and anticipate the same in the service department when we need it. Thank you. My Husband and I went in to look and ended up buying a 2008 Highlander and a 2009 Tacoma. From the second we walked on the lot we were treated with respect. We were not sure what options we wanted and the sales rep was great about letting us test drive 2 different versions of the highlander. When it came to price the sales rep and financial rep went over all the options with us in detail. By the time we actually signed all the paper work we knew it was a good deal and felt confident that the dealership was treating us right. I would highly recommend IRA Toyota of Tewksbury to my friends and family. More
Purchasing a car from Ira Toyota of Tewksbury was an incredible experience. I have bought quite a few cars in the last year at other dealerships but never have received the service that this establishme incredible experience. I live in NH and 3 gentlement at Ira did what it took to earn my business. I had a situation where I was unable to come down and look at the car after locating one on their webiste. They literally brought the car to my home in NH for me to look at. The car was just what I needed to make quite a few trips to Boston on a weekly basis. The sales person was not pushy and was very informative. All 3 gentlement involved with this purchase were class acts. I will be purchasing more cars from them. Jay Michaels KISS 108 More
I went to several dealerships and spent hours at each one of them. Some of them were nice but most of them were high pressure and uncomfortable. I recieved a quote from Andrew via internet and it was lower than all the dealerships that I had spent hours in. I went to Ira and saw the sales manager Dan Gillday who was very nice. He introduced me to Brian Trebicka who answered all of our questions and was very helpful. I couldn't really inspect the truck because it was dark out. Brian let me drive it inside to inspect and introduced me to the service manger Mitch Dick. When it came to the financing there were no games or high pressure. We were offered all the extras and warranties over a nice conversation. I honestly felt bad for declining the offers be cause the finance guy really great guy and again no pressure. I look foward to buying my next vehicle at Ira Toyota/Scion of Tewksbury. I know this might sound like an add but i felt like family from the time I went in untill the time I left. More
I have to say that when I first left this dealership I was frustrated. I went back after my salesman called and talked with me. He was able to figure out exactly what I could afford to purchase on my inco was frustrated. I went back after my salesman called and talked with me. On Monday the 5th I picked up my car..... I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wants friendly, prompt service. More
I recently purchased a 09 Camry from IRA in Tewksbury. I was never strong armed or given the run around, I went in and told them what I wanted for a car and they made every accomodation towards my need. Ron the sales representative was very honest, sincere and professional. I had tried three other dealerships and did not get the service I experienced here. The Finance Manager Dave Frasier was extremely helpful in securing the monthly payment I was comfortable with and never pressured me otherwise. I have had bad experience with the other dealerships in that respect and left each one frustrated and annoyed. When I left Ira I felt I had accomplished what I came for without the hassle. More

We recently had a problem with heat in my wife's 2005 Highlander. The original repair estimate for part and labor was over $800.00. When I called Mitch to see if he go do anything to reduce the cost Highlander. The original repair estimate for part and labor was over $800.00. When I called Mitch to see if he go do anything to reduce the cost, he lobbied Toyota to get the part for free, reducing the total cost of the repair to about $150.00. From the time of my first phone call to Mitch, to the satisfactory resolution of my issue last Saturday, Mitch was a joy to work with. He was always pleasant, positive, and empathetic. We have been bringing the car to Ira Tewksbury for the pass three and a half years. The service has always been excellent, but Mitch 'hit one out of the park' for us. As I told him on Saturday, he has a loyal customer as long as the Highlander lives. More
Amazing car buying experience! I recently bought a New 4Runner and I can't rave enough about the phenomenal care and professionalism I received from IRA. I was a first time new car buyer and it can be an 4Runner and I can't rave enough about the phenomenal care and professionalism I received from IRA. I was a first time new car buyer and it can be an overwhelming task to find the car you want at the price you want to pay. After months of research and a few dealerships visited, IRA of Tewksbury was nearly an instant winner of my business the minute I walked in. As a car buyer, I think we instantly look for every angle of why a salesperson should have doubt cast over his credibility. We worry that we'll be "taken for a ride". Within 15 minutes of talking to my salesperson, Vincent, it was obvious that I could let my guard down. Vincent began by asking the routine questions but instead of pouncing on me as a sale, he took true interest in the experiences I'd had looking for the car I wanted. He made it a quick point to ensure IRA is not in this for a quick sale. Instead, IRA focuses on repeat business. And how would they gain my repeat business if they didn't satisfy me the first time? With that, I gave Vincent what I was looking for and before I could give him my list of "demands", Vincent was telling me what I wanted without a word coming out of my mouth...as if he could read my mind! When it came to price, there was a professional and courteous discussion before we settled on the price I wanted to pay. No screaming, no belittling me (as was the case at other places). At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted at the price I wished to pay and oh yeah, the financing was easier than the sale! And it should be noted, my credit is not great. David in the finance department. got me a rate that was less than what any other dealership got me...without even negotiating!! It must have something to do with buying power or something.... NO PROBLEM!! No HASSLE!! NO STORMING OUT!! All of which I had to do at my other dealership visits. If you're reading this review and are in the market to buy a car, guess what: You don't need to do these things either!! That's bush-league car sales and not the way it's done at IRA. Overall, a very satisfied customer! Will be back to see Vincent and David again when I'm ready for a new Toyota. -Shaun More
