Ron lied to us constantly. I pulled out my calculator and moments later, he began using his calculator, which he stored beneath a plastic bag. He told us there was lifetime warranty on a moon roof; moments later Johny Dang told us it was 3 years. He and Johnny low-balled us on our trade-in value, and kept on telling me to simply put more money down, so that my payments would come down. How is that a deal? Then Ron crossed out the down payment of $5,500 and wrote in $5000 and asked me to sign it. I refused to until I saw a cleanly printed copy with that information. Ron left and, moments later returned with Johnny Dang. The $5000 offer was no where to be found. Johnny played dumb like he had never seen it (He said, "Obviously there is a disconnect here" while wearing a feigned expression of disbelief. It was so transparent that it was laughable). When my wife asked Ron about that offer, Ron just looked at us like it never happened. Ron pulled the same tactics addressed in an earlier commentary (appeal to emotion): "Here is a picture of my young family, I donated to cancer, my wife had to pay the same fees on her car, etc." He told me the car I was trading would be worthless very soon. Johnny Dang told me that Rav4s are going to be scarce soon, and that this was my only chance to buy one. If I waited, he explained, the price will only go up, because of low supply and high demand. Do people actually fall for these school-boy tactics? Overall, I was very disappointed with Ron and Johnny because of their dishonesty. If they are lying to me about little things like calculators, then why should I trust that their price is a fair one. Futhermore, their way of negotiating was to take away options on the car, and then look at me and smile, as if to say, "See, I am bringing the price down." That's not negotiating; that is a one-way street. I was willing to give, over and over again, but all they could do was offer me the opportunity to put more money down so that my payment would go down. Steer clear of this place, unless you want dishonesty, flim-flam techniques, and voodoo accounting. More
THE SALES PERSON WAS FRIENDLY. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS, CONCERNS AND EXPLAINED ALL THE FEATURES AND OPTIONS THAT WERE AVAILABLE IN THE PARTICULAR MODEL OF THE CAR WE WERE INTERESTED IN. THE COLO QUESTIONS, CONCERNS AND EXPLAINED ALL THE FEATURES AND OPTIONS THAT WERE AVAILABLE IN THE PARTICULAR MODEL OF THE CAR WE WERE INTERESTED IN. THE COLOR OF THE VEHICLE WERE WERE INTERESTED IN WAS NOT READILY AVAILABLE BUT HE REASURED US THAT IT WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHIN AN ALOCATED TIME FRAME.HE HANDLED PAPERWORK IN A PROFFESIONAL WAY, EXPLAINING EVERY BIT OF INFOMATION. AFTER THE CAR WAS AVAILABLE, HE AHD US COME WITH HIM TO THE CAR AND ONCE AGAIN, HE WENT OVER ALL THE FEATURES OF THE CAR. HE ALSO PRESCHEDULED A MAINTAINANCE APPOINTMENT FOR US. HE IS A GRAT GUY. Al Was extremely friendly during the entire sales process. We we made to feel at home while we were there. Al went above and beyond to locate the Car we were looking for. The dealership got the car ready in such a short period of time, that we were able to test drive and check out all the features that it had to offer. The entire process was handled extremely well. We purchased and drove the car home the very next day. Would definitely recommend this dealership and as well the Salesman Al who worked with us. More

Brian Trebicka could not have been better, When I spoke to him and he showed me the various cars I did not feel pressured in any way. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with excellen to him and he showed me the various cars I did not feel pressured in any way. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with excellent responses that made me feel well informed about my purchase. He even went as far as to recommend good insurance companies that would better suit my needs. When i spoke to him today he was very friendly both over the phone and in person. I have already recommended this dealership to everyone I know because of my experience with Brian. All I can say is A+++++++++ :) More
Well, after a horrible experience at one dealership, we decided to call IRA before we went there. We spoke with the Sales Manager, Chuck. I asked him straight out if he could sell us a new Camry for the decided to call IRA before we went there. We spoke with the Sales Manager, Chuck. I asked him straight out if he could sell us a new Camry for the price we wanted. In about 5 minutes, he checked his stock and got very close to our price (and $1000 lower than any other dealership we'd been to). When we got to IRA it was VERY crowded due to the 0% financing deal, but a sales person was available right away. Junior (Edwin Perez), was friendly, efficient, and seemed very, very honest. He took basic information very quickly, and had the car out front for us to drive within 15 minutes of our arrival at the dealership. Chuck kept to his word, and we were able to make the final deal and sign all the paperwork with Junior very quickly. There were no hidden fees. They also had the little creature comforts like free popcorn and water and a vending machine (we had our son with us). I would recommend not only the dealership, but also our sales person Junior, very highly. Sheri More
I was very, very impress with the service I got today. I have always gotten good service here but today Dan went above and beyond where he had to go. I have been on Ira Toyota - Tewksbury's email list for about a year, they have been faithful informing me about promotions via emails without pressuring me. And finally with the 0% incentive my wife and I about a year, they have been faithful informing me about promotions via emails without pressuring me. And finally with the 0% incentive my wife and I set up an appointment and stepped into the dealership. The people who helped me select our next vehicle were all very professional and helpful. Starting from the Sales rep Mr. Kenny L., Sales Manager Mr. Danny G., to the financing director Mr. Scott M., I had a very pleasant experience from A to Z getting the purchase done. A lot of suggestions, explanations, but no pressure at all. Glad to be a happy customer of this family. I would recommend this dealership to my friends without any reservation. More

Most people rate high once they buy a car, but I am basing my rating on the first day I left befor I was in the this dealer over 2 different days. Most people rate high once they buy a car, but I am basing my rating on the first day I left before I bought the car (two days later) which would make it harder to rate high because I didn't get what I wanted at that point. But they were so good to me despite me leaving that first day, I am giving them the best rating. Walking out on that first day, there were no bad feelings or pressure from anyone. The sales guy Al Amrani was very nice with no pressure whatsoever. More like someone I've known for a few years casually. Sales Manager Chuck was very kind with little pressure, he seemed genuinely sad to see me leave that first day. The car we were all haggling over was a 2009 Toyota Matrix S AWD with 20K miles on it. A car sure to sell in no time, so they could have easily let me walk out and not give me a second thought. Two days later Sales Manager Chuck called me back to see if we could do some more haggling so I went back that day. Sales-guy Al was working with someone else so I decided to wait for him. While I waited other sales guys were coming up to me talking casual (not phony like most places). Talked to one Greek sales guy Brian Trebicka, who especially loved Ferrari cars. All the sales-guys at Ira Toyota Tewksbury are more like a bunch of guys who get together to watch a football game. Once Sales-guy Al was available, we continued haggling with myself, Al and Sales Manager Chuck again. Eventually we worked out a deal and I was VERY happy. Absolutely no "buyers remorse" whatsoever. They are genuinely good people in there as I have dealt with their service department before. Finance Director Scott B. Miranda was sent in next. Usually this is where they pressure you to buy all the add-ons. Well first off, Scott isn't exactly a little guy. They apparently hire former boxers or wrestlers for this position ;) So this guy looked like he meant business. After he started talking, he turned out to be the nicest guy of all. Little pressure at all on all the "extras". I eventually did go for the extended warranty, as I usually do anyway as they always paid off for me, I know I would have regretted not getting the warranty. I am very sensitive to poor service by companies, as I run a citizen activist /consumer website in the Town of Tewksbury (http://www.TewksburyIssues.org ) and many people visit to complain or celebrate good/bad companies that do business in and around Tewksbury. Ira Toyota will certainly be featured on my website as one of those "thumbs-up" businesses in town and look forward to attending the "new owners dinner" that Ira has every month! All in all a rather surprisingly excellent experience and absolutely would suggest Ira Toyota to anyone. More
