We recently purchased a new Highlander Hybrid from Gabi. She was amazing to work with, going above and beyond what would be expected. Based on this, she was able to find a car that almost exactly matched what we were looking for and she personally drove five hours round trip to get it for us. All throughout the experience she communicated promptly and proactively, sometimes messaging us well after the dealership was closed. She was knowledgeable and never pushy and we felt like we were treated fairly throughout the entire car purchase experience. When we are looking for our next car in a few years we will certainly be back in-touch to see if Gabi can help us again! More

Contacted the General Manager Phillip Gregoire 30 days ago, who emailed back right away that he would investigate and get back to me. I never heard from him again. Always insist on genuine Toyota warranties - anything else is going to be a disappointment. More

I have had my 2021 Highlander in for service several times at AUTOFAIR in Tewksbury and have had great service there. I used to go to a different Toyota dealer in the area for service where I purchased times at AUTOFAIR in Tewksbury and have had great service there. I used to go to a different Toyota dealer in the area for service where I purchased my Highlander and a few other vehicles there over the years until they were bought out by some company not from the area. The service started going downhill a bit there so I decided to try AutoFair Tewksbury and have been very satisfied there.I intend to stay with AutoFair.
