This is the second car we got from IRA dealers. Great customer service by sales staff. Ron Young the salesman worked with the sales manager to get the monthly price we wanted. I actually got in a crash with my 1200 dollar turn in and did about 1000 dollars worth of damage on my way to pick up my new truck. Ron worked with Keith to reduce the price of my turn in to 700 dollars instead of 200 but Keith refused to take anything off, so i got the full 1200. My wife is going to be in the market for a new car and IRA will be the first and probably last place we go. More
Salesperson was friendly, accomodating and attentive. Got a good price on my trade-in after much negotiating. Also received a good pricce on my nre toyota corrolla S w/ leather interior. Get prices on-line and from other dealers; then bring everything here in writing and they'll beat it or match it, item for item. They tend to charge more for add-ons after the sale than other dealers, so everything here in writing and they'll beat it or match it, item for item. They tend to charge more for add-ons after the sale than other dealers, so have those quotes, too; they can lower the price on ANYthing so as to get your sale. Ken is not too experienced at this, but he's a nice, honest guy who will help you out as your gateway to the higher-ups who can really negotiate prices with you. His English is a little hard to understand at times and he tends to jump around during discussions as if you could read his mind to tell what he was talking about, but he's a good guy so give him a break. If you do your research on-line and hit at least one other dealer first you'll be well prepared to close your best deal here. Don't be fooled by the small parking lot; they have two other car lots in the area with zillions of cars to choose from. Make them work the computer for you to find what you want. We went to another dealer first and they told us the exact car that we wanted was impossible to find; these guys had a dozen of them to choose from, and were willing to order out from a competing dealer if that's what it took to get us exactly what we wanted. Just like any dealer they are there to make money, so have your quotes ready and don't expect THEM to have YOUR best interests at heart, they want your money so make them earn it. More
Amy and I test drove a one year old Toyota Sienna on an impulse one Sunday morning. Kenny was our sales person and he did a fabulous job showing us the features of the car. We loved the car and the ride but were not prepared to buy at that instant and Kenny and Keith were both very informative and supportive of our needs and concerns. They did not pressure us at all and we temporarily parted on great terms. Later in the day after doing some research we approached Keith and Kenny more seriously and had a wonderful negotiating experience. There was no pressure - a good exchange of information and Amy and I both feel like we got a very fair price. We never look forward to the car-buying process but this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Keith and his staff were amazingly direct with us - no games. We were thorougly pleased starting with Kenny and the sales process with Keith and concluding with Hitesh Patel in the business office. Hitesh was very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely pleasant and customer focused. Amy and I can't say enough about how surprised we were to have such a positive experience at a car dealer. More
I had a very good experience with Mike Tucker. I emailed him about a car I was interested in online and he got back to me within hours. I have to admit I did not get back to him but he was very persistent him about a car I was interested in online and he got back to me within hours. I have to admit I did not get back to him but he was very persistent in calling me at least once a week to see if I was still interested in buying a Toyota from them. Which is a good thing because I am a big procrastinator!! He emailed me one day to let me know he had a great trade in with low millage. I told him I dont think I could afford a Camry with that low millage and I even told him the price range I was in. He could of came back and said that is the price of the car and he came in lower then what I told him. To me thats a very honest sales man!! They didnt have the title right away and he was very good at updating me once a week to let me know where we stood. When ever I went to the offce the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Mike Tucker at Toyota in Tewksbury. More
After purchasing my car from this Dealership 9 months ago and giving them high ratings, I am now sorry I even recommended them. Their Service Department is AWFUL. They're Service Advisors are not knowledgeable and when you try to question them, they just refer inquiries to Toyota Customer Service or say they do not know. The day I purchased my vehicle, Toyota announced their recall. I immediately called the dealership and was told that the recall did not apply to my 2010 Camry as it was the Sport Model with the Denso pedal. I have periodically checked in and was told it did not apply. Lo and behold I all of a sudden get a recall and the pedal needs to be replaced. When I asked questions and tried to find out if it was the mats or the actual pedal, the Service Advisor could not answer ANY of my questions reasonable but was more than willing to write down Toyota's Customer Service Number for me. He was extremely unhelpful and clearly unwilling to get involved. My other pet peeve is that this dealership keeps sending me coupons and "offers" in the mail. Only when I get here, I find out they do not apply to my type of vehicle! I was thinking trading my Camry in for an SUV as we discovered that the car just is not big enough for our needs - I can guarantee we will NOT be trading it in for a Toyota and will not be coming to any IRA dealership. More
IRA TOYOTA TEWKSBURY IS BY FAR THE BEST CAR DEALER IN THE STATE. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AND WELCOMED TO THE STORE. THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY AND QUICK. I FOUND MY NEW VEHICLE AND TOOK DELIVERY OF MY NEW V STATE. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AND WELCOMED TO THE STORE. THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY AND QUICK. I FOUND MY NEW VEHICLE AND TOOK DELIVERY OF MY NEW VEHICLE THE NEXT DAY. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM AT IRA TOYOTA TEWKSBURY FOR MAKING THIS A GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE WITHOUT THE USUAL CAR BUYING STRESS. I had an appointment for service. When I arrived they told me it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours before they could even look at the car. I had an indicator light come on for a problem with my tire. They sa told me it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours before they could even look at the car. I had an indicator light come on for a problem with my tire. They said I needed two new tires. They came back later and said the indicator light switch was broken and it would be another $150 to fix it. It seemed to be conflicting stories. The light worked because they said I needed two new tires, then they said the light was broken. This was after being there hours longer than anticipated. I guess this was the final straw. Everytime I brought my car in for service, they would find a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed or replaced. I would bring my car in for the recommended service on schedule, yet even a basic oil change and tire rotation would end up costing me over $300 after all the other things they found. I no longer trust them for servicing my car and now bring it to another dealer. More
