When I went to IRA in Tewksbury,ma. I expected the usual pressure tactics that I got over the years.Much to my amazement I was greeted with a warm welcome.Mike Tucker the sales Consultant was great. Mike had no problem to help me. Mike told me that I could take a car home to make it easier for my wife. Went in really to just look at the new and used FJ cruiser and the Rav4. Moved to Mass from Ohio and still had my ohio plates on my jeep. Test drove both the FJ cruiser and the Rav4. Andres and IRA toyota were able to make it work to get down to the price that I wanted to pay. They did what they could do. Then it could have been a huge hassle in registering and insurance but Andres went the extra to make sure that it was registered in Mass with Insurance and even if it meant going to the insurance agent (an hour away). He also had to go to the registry himself to make sure it was ready the day he promised me. I was very pleased and happy with my treatment. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to get a good deal and be treated fairly. THANKS IRA!!! and Andres!! More

I went to Ira Toyota to look at the Tacoma Truck. I was greated by Andres and he very professional and polite to me and my family. He asked if we would like water or juice. I bought the Tacoma from Andres and through the whole process of purchase, with all the paper work and all he was right on top of it. At time pick up he went over all the manuals and made sure I understood everything about my purchase. He then explained the service department to me and signed me up on their website. His Manager Ed Storkle also outstanding with the process. All my accessories that I purchased were installed when they said it would be. Ken could not have been kinder and more personable. Ed took care of my previous lease and the two men made the transition to my new lease seamless. It could not have been easier! My 4 runner was slightly over the warranty (miles) when I found that I needed a cadaledic converter. I brought it to Ira in Tewksbury and talked with Melinda. She was great and told me that she would have found that I needed a cadaledic converter. I brought it to Ira in Tewksbury and talked with Melinda. Melinda got back to me the next day to tell me that Toyato was going to cover the cost of all the work I needed to replace the cadaledic converter. I was extremly thankful to both Ira (Melinda) and the Toyota Rep as they went above and beyond. Thank you all at Ira Toyota for the great service. More

My husband and I went in to test drive and hopefully purchase a Toyota 4Runner. We worked orginally with Ken, who was great. So nice and friendly. We loved the 4Runner and the price was great, so we started negotiating prices which wasn't so bad. We did the back and forth several times until we came to a price we were prepared to pay and somewhat reasonalbe value for our trade in. Unfortunately, very soon after we were told (by a skeevey finanical person) that our electronic check from our bank could not be processed because it takes too long for that type of check to clear and they cannot allow us to have a vehicle that is not paid for. Well we knew this was not true because we asked our bank before hand how long it takes the check to clear and they said funds are deposited immediately. It was so disappointing after being led to believe we were going have a new car that they would not accept our check AND that we were being lied to by people who were acting like they cared. We called the bank right there to figure this out. They said that it is not our bank it is their bank that will not accept the funds all together. Then there next excuse was they told us that we are not allowed to register a vehicle in the state of MA without a MA liscense (we are each liscensed in other states). I called the MA DMV to find out and they said that is not true. There solution was for us to finance through their dealership which we were NOT going to do. Well pretty much we were sent away by IRA of Tewksbury. We got turned away and we were trying to pay cash! All in all this process took 6 hours. I will never forget the Mangager Jeff laughing at our electronic check when we showed him. More

The best way we can explain it is that we would have purchased a car from Kenny no matter what the make. Also I must mention We enjoyed dealing with Fausto in finance He was very good with us and answered all of our questions very well. Would we go back to IRA?
